An expert in entertaining, Karla will share her top tips and tricks for building a board made for impressing someone special like a scary monster, goblins or witch or nourishing a sprit gathering. Left Coast Luau
The inaugural Left Coast Luau event bridges the sunny spectacle of Southern California with an eclectic, energized concert line-up - creating a live soundtrack perfect for an end-of-summer party.
The festival features a specially curated line-up of regional craft breweries for the beer festival, artisanal vendors and main stage sets that intended to have fans dancing on the green with little umbrellas in their beer.

Join Broken Timbers Brewing Company as we learn about the origins of charcuterie, where to source ingredients, and how to build your own charcuterie board and a cheese cake for your next party. You will receive a gourmet selection of meats, cheeses, and accoutrements, with our top beers to pair.
The owner of Cha Cha Cuterie Board's Karla Tomas will give you an exclusive experience. With that we will learn how to build a cheese cake design that you have seen on pinterest or on Instagram.
Don't forget to invite some friends and let’s make it a party! This event is $65 per person on July 16 start at 3:00pm and open to the public - 21+ only. Space is limited, but there is plenty of free parking on site.

Broken Wicks - Candle Making Class
Come join us for a one-of-a-kind and fun workshop at Broken Timbers Brewing on July 9, from 2:00 pm-4:00 pm for "Broken Wicks," a wickless candle making workshop. This is the perfect chance to unleash your creativity and artistic flair, all while sipping on fantastic drinks and enjoying the company of like-minded people.
At the workshop, you'll learn the art of crafting your own wickless candles using soy wax and an assortment of expertly selected fragrances. You'll also have the option to create personalized labels for your candles, making them an ideal bespoke gift.
As an added bonus, each participant will receive a complimentary candle warmer, which you can use to bask in the aroma of your newly created candle. You'll have the freedom to take your masterpiece home with you to cherish or give as a present to someone special.
The event will take place in the tap room at Broken Timbers Brewing, enveloped in the cozy ambiance and delectable aromas of the brewery. Paint & Brew
Do you like to paint? 🎨 If so, come visit us on April 30th from 4-6pm for an evening of painting and drinking your favorite beer. 🍺
